If you ever need to cancel an upcoming shift as an M&G Guide, Lead Guide, or Backup Guide, you can do it directly through the Guide App.

In the RealRoots app:

• Tap the shift you want to cancel and select “Cancel this gig” at the bottom of the page.

In your browser:

• Go to https://guides.therealroots.com/
• Tap the shift you want to cancel and select “Cancel this gig” at the bottom of the page.

Please give as much notice as you can. It helps us make sure we have time to find another guide who’ll be a great fit for the group.
