Thank you for guiding a series!! Here’s some common questions regarding life after the series is over 😢
Q: I do / don’t want to be friends with someone in my group after the series. Is this okay?
Absolutely! Some guides do become friends with members of their group, and some don’t. Either one is totally fine - there is no expectation either way. But either way, please know you are not expected to do any coordination or planning for your group once the series has ended!
Q: What is my role in the group during/after the series has ended?
Your work is complete when the series has ended! We will take care of the follow up, but you are welcome to stay in touch with your group if you want!
Q: Should I keep up in the group chat after the series has ended?
You don’t need to keep track of the messages in the group chat after the series ends. If a gal is reaching out to you with something, you’re welcome to respond to them / just direct them our way to [email protected] to handle any issues/questions!
Q: My group wants to continue meeting/meeting others after the series ends. Are there any resources I can give to support them in organizing this?
We have a grad community for all our RealRoots series alumns! Your gals will be messaged after the series with a link to join their community group. There they will have access to meet other RealRoots members, participate in 1:1 matching with grads, and attend events we plan for grads. The women in your group are automatically enrolled in the community subscription when they sign up for the series and can cancel anytime! You can read more on the community subscription here.
