Sometimes situations arise in your group that you might need a little help figuring out how to navigate. Thankfully, you’re not alone; we’ve gathered some practical advice for tricky situations and examples of what to do so you can more easily support your group.
Q: My group isn’t quite connecting with each other. What should I do?
With a group of 6-10+ people, it’s natural for not everyone to get along. Our goal is for gals to walk away with at least one true connection, so it’s okay if the whole group doesn’t fully click. Ideally, there will be smaller groups of gals that connect and form within the larger group. Here are a few ideas to consider:

It’s rare, but if there’s someone in your group who doesn’t seem to be ready to create or maintain friendships, is disruptive to the group dynamic, or seems like they might need more support than what the RealRoots program can provide, please email [email protected] as soon as possible so we can help determine the best course of action.
