Guides can absolutely make updates to the planned activities if you think it’s best for your group. You know your group best and we rely on you to pass any feedback from the group to our planning team to make any changes.

🆘 Making changes because there is an issue with the venue…

You may have to make changes to an experience under certain circumstances - for example, if you arrive at the Mini Golf location and find out it is closed! In this case, you can find the nearest bar and lead the group through the Personality Quiz 1:1s agenda.

Please reach out to i[email protected] afterwards to let us know there was an issue. We can adjust our experiences in the future if a certain venue is not working out!

👂If you hear feedback from your gals that they don’t want to do a certain experience…

Our top priority is designing a great series for our groups! If you hear your group doesn’t want to do a certain activity ahead of the experience, please reach out to [email protected] and we can swap out that week’s plan with a different option.

If your gals are excited about activities you mention and costs stay around the same, we’re happy to change up your series to accommodate. Before you make any alternate plans for your group, make sure you let us know so we can cancel venues appropriately so they don’t ban us for future groups.
