If you spent less than what we prepaid you for this week’s series experience, please use the extra funds on your group! You can do so in any way you think is best such as buying a round of drinks/appetizers for your group, getting little treats, buying them gifts, allowing the group to spend it on another activity outside of the series etc.

If you have a lot leftover, you can also send the extra back to us so that we can use it towards future groups!

If you had to spend more than what we prepaid you to reasonably provide the covered item for all group members, please email [email protected] with a receipt from the event! We’re happy to reimburse you for what you overspent on your group/update our payments for an activity if needed! We ask you try and avoid this situation however and to stick within budget when possible.
