We want to make sure everyone in your group is getting the info we send out! We send texts and emails to remind your group of upcoming events and to send them their 1:1 gal date pairings for the week.

If someone in your group is not receiving our comms, please share the following guidance:

• Not receiving texts:
  • If they never have received a text from RealRoots, then likely we have the wrong number for them on file and they should email us their correct contact info at [email protected]
  • If they stopped getting messages from us and other gals in the group are still receiving texts, they may have replied STOP to our number which blocks all further messages! Please ask them to reply START to 16509552577
• Not receiving emails:
  • Ask them to check their spam/trash folders to see if the emails are getting delivered to the wrong spot! If they are, please ask them to move the emails to their inbox so that they can get delivered to the right place going forward.
  • If they still can’t find the emails, ask them to email [email protected]
