We know that on average, participants will miss 1-2 of the experiences in the series. They will still have plenty of time to build connections, between the series experiences and their 1:1s. We have found that gals who attend at least 5 experiences out of the 7 have great outcomes in terms of connections formed!

If there’s a series date/time that conflicts with the vast majority of your group, we are happy to try and reschedule your group. Please find a new date/time that works for your group members and reach out to [email protected]. As long as we have ~a week, we should be able to reschedule your series event!

If you need to reschedule/cancel the same day of your event, you’re welcome to do so on your own! We ask that you just call the venues where reservations were made to ensure that RealRoots groups aren’t prevented from going to these venues due to no-shows. You then are more than welcome to schedule a new activity for your group using the funds we sent you. As we prepay you to guide all the series events, we do expect that you will guide 6 experiences (including the Meet and Greet) for your group so please do not just cancel a series date due to gals not being able to attend.
